The update mainly fixes the bugs that are present in the launch firmware of the handset, including the bug that causes it to not recognise microSD cards. Considering how serious some of the bugs were on the launch firmware of the OnePlus X, it is nice to see the company quickly rolling out an update to fix them....

OnePlus has officially released a beta program for Android 12-based OxygenOS 12. However, the beta program is now available only for OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro smartphones.
