The Paranoid Android team today released the second alpha build of their ROM based on Lollipop. This build comes more than a month after the team had released their initial Lollipop based build.

Paranoid Alpha 5.0 Alpha 2 re-introduces some of the features that were previously found in the KitKat builds of the ROM. This includes App Ops: a permission manager, and the ability to reorder the tiles in Quick Settings. The most important thing to note for users who are running the first alpha of the ROM on their device is that it lacks an addon.d backup script, so all the apps installed on the system partition of the device will be deleted if you flash the latest alpha on top of it. This includes Google’s suite of apps and services, so make sure to flash the accompanying Google Apps ZIP file after you install the latest alpha, and before you reboot the device.

Quick Settings are now reorder-friendly
